Processing
Orders are processed after payment is confirmed, usually within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is placed and another with tracking when it ships.
Packaging
Every order ships in plain, unbranded packaging with no product names or images on the outside.
Delivery
Delivery windows depend on your location and the carrier. Tracking shows the current estimate.
Bulk orders
Orders of 100 pieces or more, master cases and flower by the pound may need extra handling time. We confirm the ship date by email and may split very large orders into several packages, each with its own tracking.
Age verification
We sell only to adults 21 and older. An adult signature or ID check may be required at delivery.
Address problems
Please double-check your address. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, we will contact you about reshipping.
